"THE CREATION
Inspired by today's daring and irreverent young girls, in 2017 Christine Nagel, Hermès Perfumer, created Twilly d'Hermès: the free spirit of a tribe of girls who like to reappropriate the codes of the house.
THE OLFACTORY NOTES
A floral and spicy Eau de Parfum that expresses its impertinence with fresh ginger, light tuberose and milky sandalwood.
THE OBJECT
Designed by Florence Manlik, the emblematic lantern bottle is cut to a square shape and shimmering coral pink. The ultimate fantasy, a hand-tied silk ribbon around the cap adds a mischievous accent to the bottle. Each silk tie is unique.
THE HERMES DETAIL
The name Twilly d'Hermès fragrance tribe is a double reference to Hermès silk: the house's silk twill square and the twilly, a joyful, colourful little silk ribbon that can be worn tenfold.
"I created Twilly d'Hermès by thinking about young girls and watching them live their lives. Free, daring, connected, mischievous and irreverent, they take expectations in their stride, play against the wind, set their own pace and invent a new rhythm. Christine Nagel
This is the spirit in which Christine Nagel composed Twilly d'Hermès. Ginger, tuberose and sandalwood are diverted to become a burning bite, a disturbing attraction, a carnal unveiling. The ultimate fantasy, a hand-tied silk tie adds a mischievous touch to the bottle. Each silk tie is unique.
