Start at the inner corner of the upper eyelid and follow the natural line of the lashes.
For a shaded effect, blend the line using the applicator included on the pencil or the Pupa Eye Shadow Brush. Repeat along the lower lid.
The shadow acts as a base for the eye shadow: it increases its hold and allows an even application. The pencil can also be applied inside the eyelid for a kohl effect.
Its formula contains Jojoba Oil, softening and nourishing, Vitamins E and C, anti-oxidants and Cottonseed Oil, which provides softness and hydration.
