Description
Back from a trip to India where she discovered a new world of scents, Madame Grès decided to launch a perfume in 1959: Cabochard, composed by the perfumer Bernard Chant.
Cabochard inspired by the obstinate nature of Madame Grès - has become THE chypre perfume for women. It is a classic and innovative perfume, soft and hard, wild and polished. He is Cabochard.
Olfactive pyramid
Olfactive pyramid :
Top Note : The fragrance opens with a contrast between two raw materials: green, dry and androgynous galbanum vs. the languorous, intoxicating and seductive ylang-ylang.
Heart Note : The petals of ylang-ylang then give way to other precious flowers: the Bulgarian rose and the jasmine of Grasse, which give Cabochard a classic facet.
Base Note : The fragrance darkens in the background and gains depth thanks to intense scents of moss, vetiver, musks and patchouli that exude mystery and exotic sensuality.
