CREATION
Another Earth calls to man. In 2018, Christine Nagel turns her attention to Terre d'Hermès and creates Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver. A new luminous pulse, an unprecedented expression of the power of Terre.
THE OLFACTORY NOTES
A woody, intense fragrance, Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver expresses the depth of vetiver blended with the vivacity of green bergamot and Sichuan pepper.
THE OBJECT
The original cap takes on the warm brown of leather tanned in the sun. On the ground side, the bottle sits on a denser orange H. On the sky side, the intensified light reflects off its metallic shoulders.
THE HERMES DETAIL
Once in the hand, the Terre d'Hermès Eau Intense Vétiver bottle reveals a host of details: the emblematic Hermès saddle nail, the cap that slides off to release the spray, and more.
Created by designer Philippe Mouquet, it was inspired by a travel kit bottle housed in the Emile Hermès Museum.
Vetiver, rooted in Terre since its origins, is the highlight of this new composition. The original balance of Terre, woody and mineral, is transformed into a planty woodiness.
