Apply Phyto-Khol Perfect to the eyelid, flush with the lashes, to highlight the shape of the eye or intensify the look. Can be blended and shaded on the eyelid with the foam tip. For a kohl effect, apply to the inside of the eye. Can be applied over eye shadow for a strong line or under eye shadow for a smoky effect.
