Always use a specific base coat before applying the colour to protect the nail and increase the durability of the nail polish. Apply Shine N'Wear colour in 2 coats, allowing one coat to dry thoroughly before applying the next. WARNINGS: Highly flammable liquids and vapours. Causes severe eye irritation.
