The creamy texture of this eyeliner glides on your eyelids and offers an easy and adjustable application according to your desires thanks to its double tip. The retractable lead allows you to draw an ultra-precise line and the blending tip allows you to create a smoky effect. The Waterproof Pen comes in 9 highly pigmented, matte or metallic shades. Apply the Waterproof Pen with the retractable tip for an ultra-precise line at the base of the lashes and extend the line beyond the outer corner to lengthen the eye area. For a smoky eye effect, blur the line with the blending tip.
