Apply Life Plankton serum every day and night after essence and before moisturiser.

When to apply Blue Therapy Red Algae Uplift Cream? Apply the firming face cream with gentle movements in the morning.
How to apply Blue Therapy Red Algae Uplift cream?
1. Using your fingertips, apply the firming cream from the corner of the mouth to the outer corner of the eyes.
2. Gently work up from the eyebrows to the top of the forehead, ending gently at the neck. Press and curl your fingers from the centre of your face outwards - from the jawline to the forehead, like waves.
3: Blue Pro-Retinol Eye Cream 5ml: Apply every morning and/or evening after the cream.
1. Take a small amount of cream and dab it around the eyes.
2. Gently dab the eye cream under and over the eye contour area, from the inner corner towards the temples to deflate and stimulate blood circulation.
3. Gently massage under and over the eye contour area to regenerate and refresh the eyes.
4. Repeat until absorbed to smooth and lift.
3: Blue Therapy Red Algae Uplift Night Cream 15ml :
Apply to the face in the evening. For the first week, use twice a week, then gradually increase the frequency to every other evening. If discomfort persists, space out applications and/or reduce the quantity. Always make sure your skin is well moisturised. Apply the product every evening before your moisturiser. Do not apply to the eye area or eyelids. Do not use in combination with retinol-based products outside the BIOTHERM Blue Pro-Retinol range. Do not intentionally expose skin to the sun and use a broad-spectrum SPF 30 product daily.
