1. TONING: Using the tips of your index fingers, massage up and down the sides of your nose. Stretch towards the outside of the face as far as the ears, still using the index fingers.
2. LIFTING: Slide the palms of your hands flat along each side of the jawline, starting from the bottom of the chin and working towards the ears. Finish by smoothing the outside of the crow's feet with your fingertips.
