With folded fingers, massage from the centre of the face outwards using deep circular movements.
1 - UNDER THE JAWLINE
Start under the jaw (under the chin), working outwards from the centre of the face.
2 - JAW
Continue over the jawline, from the chin towards the ears.
3 - CHEESES
Continue from the jaw towards the cheeks, moving up to the temples.
4 - FRONT
Finish with the forehead, from the centre of the face towards the temples.
Repeat all these movements 3 times.
The skin regains its tone and elasticity. It is smoothed and radiant.
