The freshness of spring
Created in 1894 by Aimé Guerlain, Eau de Cologne du Coq is simultaneously reserved and appealing, fresh and aromatic, stimulating and vibrant. Designed like a spring morning, it is a hymn to France with a cockerel as its signature. Its bottle bears a constellation of 69 bees, the symbol of the Empire and the emblem of the Guerlain family of "Eaux". It can be customised upon request, hand-gilded and emblazoned with initials.
Offering a real splash of freshness in the morning, it's an invigorating wake-up call. This fleeting Eau de Cologne can be followed with your usual Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum or Extract.
On special order, the iconic Bee bottle can also be used to hold your usual fragrance.
Fresh Citrus.
Tonic, fresh, invigorating.
Eau de Cologne du Coq is all the delicate yet tangy freshness of a spring morning. As light as a gentle breeze, this eau is composed of citrus notes such as lemon, bergamot and orange as well as aromatic scents such as rosemary and lavender.
