You Wish to Withdraw
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, protective plastic film, blister pack, accessories, instructions, etc.) so that they can be re-sold in new condition, accompanied by the RETURNS FORM.
In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, as the opening of beauty products (cosmetics and make-up products) makes these products unsuitable for any subsequent marketing, the "Customer" has no right of retraction on any cosmetic that has been opened, damaged, or whose original packaging has been unsealed. The product will not be refunded, returned or exchanged, for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Unsealed products (plastic film, blister pack, etc.) delivered by suppliers (box, perfume, skin care and make-up) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
The right of retraction can be exercised by sending an email to contact@parfumdo.com in order to keep the seller informed of the buyer's willingness to exercise his right of retraction. Any other method of declaration of withdrawal is accepted. It must be unambiguous and express the desire to withdraw. In this case, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the buyer authorising the return of the product. The buyer must then, with the help of the RETURNS FORM enclosed in the package but also available on the website www.parfumdo.com, return the product under the conditions of eligibility.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above-mentioned period, the price of the product(s) purchased shall be refunded and the delivery costs shall be refunded in proportion to the product(s) purchased on which the right of withdrawal is exercised.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt by the seller of the products returned by the buyer under the conditions set out above.

Unfortunately, a product arrives damaged in your parcel
If, at the time of delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn or opened, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If they have been damaged, the buyer must imperatively refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).
The buyer must indicate on the delivery slip and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken products...).
This verification is considered to have been carried out once the buyer, or a person authorised by him, has signed the delivery note.
The buyer must then confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered mail within two working days of receipt of the item(s) at the latest and send a copy of this letter by e-mail or ordinary mail to the seller at the address indicated in the legal notice on the site.
If the products need to be returned to the seller, a request for return must be made to the seller within 7 days of delivery with all the relevant documents (photos in particular).
Any claim made after this deadline will not be accepted. The return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original state specified as the case may be on the RETURNS FORM (packaging, accessories, instructions...). The seller will refund or replace the product as soon as possible.
